The Rhapsody of a Summer Dream (Chinese: 夏梦狂诗曲) is an upcoming Chinese web series starring Go Joon Hee (Pei Shi), Hans Zhang (Xia Cheng Si), Zhu Yi Long (Ke Ze) and Song Yi (Xia Na). It is based on the novel of the same title by Jun Zi Yi Ze, The series aired on Hunan TV for 50 episodes.
It is part of the dramas influenced by the Hallyu ban, an unofficial ban that was in place in China to restrict all forms of Hallyu aka Korean Wave, due to the political confrontation between China and Korea over THAAD. On October 31, 2017, there were reports that both sides were taking a step to restore diplomatic ties, and days later news came that the virtual ban has been lifted.

The Rhapsody of a Summer Dream Plot Summary
The story follows the violinist genius Pei Shi who lost both her parents at a young age and lives to seek revenge. Music was all her life and she started following in her father's footsteps. But now, every time she closes her eyes, she remembers the pool of blood that forms around his head and only wants to wear black while performing. After a betrayal that mutilated her hand, she disappears and appears five years later under a new identity, armed with a talented violinist under her education. She begins her revenge plan by getting close to an old friend, Xia Cheng Si, the second son of a large company, who has talent in numbers and stock market. It seems that his family adopted her when she was younger and the kids were envious
