Synopsis: The Entangled Life of Qingluo
Li Qingluo is the unlawful little girl of the amazing left chancellor. During one of her cross-dressing adventures, Qingluo meets and gets romantically associated with Fourth Prince Liu Fei, through the alias of Chen Zili and his cousin Liu Yu. Loosely based on Zhuang Zhuang's novel and produced by Yu Zheng (expecting many changes to the novel.) The story tells of Li Qing Luo, a 16-year-old girl, the third little girl of Ning Guo's Prime Minister Li and his seventh spouse. Born into a mother of lower societal position, being treated unfairly and expected to have a lower intellect, she surprises the family when she recites a famous poem from the Tang Dynasty. Knowing that she has the aptitude to learn, she hides her ability to prevent her from being married to a prince or a judicial officer like her sisters. Six years later, A’Luo leaves the estate for the first time to participate in a flower banquet, where it is also said that the most elite Five Eligible Bachelors from Feng Cheng are present. The men include crown sovereign Liu Jian, fourth prince Liu Fei, the youthful An Qing Wang Liu Jue, the son of Prime Minister Gu Gu Tian Xiang and the top scorer of the royal tests Cheng Si Yue.
